1. What materials are used to build your portable cabins?
We use high-quality Mild Steel (MS) sheets for the exterior, insulated sandwich panels or glass wool for thermal insulation, and waterproof ply or PVC for flooring.
2. What is the lifespan of your portable cabins?
With proper maintenance, our portable cabins can easily last 15 to 20 years. They are treated with anti-corrosive epoxy primers and industrial paints.
3. Are your cabins weatherproof?
Yes, they are completely waterproof, wind-resistant, and insulated against extreme heat and cold, making them perfect for outdoor site locations.
4. Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we provide a standard manufacturing warranty covering structural defects and leaks. Please contact our sales team for specific warranty details.

Customization & Features

5. Can you customize the size of a portable cabin?
Absolutely! While we have standard inventory sizes (8x8, 10x10, 20x10, etc.), we can engineer and manufacture cabins to your exact dimensional requirements.
6. Can I add washrooms and pantries?
Yes, we can integrate fully functional plumbing, toilets, washbasins, and pantry counters into any of our larger cabins.
7. Are the cabins pre-wired for electricity?
Yes. All cabins come with concealed PVC conduit wiring, switchboards, lighting fixtures, and plug points for ACs and computers.
8. Can you customize the interior layout?
Yes, we can add internal partitions to create separate rooms, such as a manager's office and a staff area within the same unit.
9. What type of flooring options do you offer?
We offer standard PVC vinyl flooring, checkered steel plates (for heavy load areas), and premium wooden-finish laminate flooring.
10. Are the cabins air-conditioned?
We provide the structural cut-outs, reinforced frames, and wiring for Window or Split AC units. AC installation can be included upon request.

Delivery & Installation

11. How do you transport the cabins?
Cabins are transported via flatbed trailers or trucks depending on their size. They are equipped with top lifting hooks for easy loading and unloading via crane.
12. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, while we are primarily based in Angul, Odisha, we supply and deliver our cabins pan-India.
13. Who handles the unloading process?
The client is generally responsible for arranging a crane or hydra at the delivery site for unloading, but we can assist with logistics coordination.
14. Does the cabin require a foundation?
Our cabins rest on heavy-duty base frames. A flat, leveled ground or basic concrete blocks at the corners are usually sufficient; a deep foundation is not required.
15. What is the typical lead time for an order?
Standard inventory sizes can be dispatched within a few days. Custom orders typically take 1 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity and volume.

16. How is the cost calculated?
The price is calculated based on the total square footage, the type of materials used (e.g., thickness of steel), insulation type, and interior customization.
17. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer competitive pricing and project-specific discounts for bulk orders. Please contact our sales team for a formal quote.
18. What are your payment terms?
Typically, we require an advance payment to initiate manufacturing, with the balance due before dispatch. Terms may vary based on the contract.
19. Can I visit your manufacturing facility?
Absolutely! We welcome clients to visit our facility in Angul to inspect our manufacturing process and view ready stock.
